Welcome to AiS Events and Wedding Planners! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
AiS Events and Wedding Planners provides event planning services primarily for weddings and related festivities. Our services include full-service wedding planning, partial planning, day-of coordination, vendor selection, design and styling, and logistical support.
Deposit: To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the contract. The amount will be detailed in your contract.
Payment Schedule: The total service fee will be divided into installments, with the final payment due 7 days prior to the event date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in the contract.
Late Payments: Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of services, subject to the cancellation policy.
Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you choose to cancel our services, please notify us in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, and additional fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: AiS Events and Wedding Planners reserves the right to cancel services in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days following the cancellation date, as specified in your contract.
Event Management: We are responsible for coordinating and managing the agreed-upon services in your contract. This includes working with selected vendors, overseeing event setup and takedown, and ensuring that your event runs smoothly.
Vendor Relationships: AiS Events and Wedding Planners works with a network of trusted vendors. While we will coordinate and manage these vendors, each vendor remains responsible for delivering their services. We cannot be held liable for any issues directly related to third-party vendors.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, adhering to scheduled deadlines, and communicating any special requirements or restrictions for the event.
Modifications: If you need to modify the event date, venue, guest count, or other key details, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate these changes, but additional fees may apply.
Force Majeure: AiS Events and Wedding Planners is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
Limitation of Liability: AiS Events and Wedding Planners is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or additional costs incurred by the client, guests, or third parties as a result of our services. Clients assume all risks associated with their event, including but not limited to incidents involving guests, vendors, or venues.
Indemnification: By agreeing to these terms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiS Events and Wedding Planners and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
All content on the AiS Events and Wedding Planners website, including images, text, and design, is the intellectual property of AiS Events and Wedding Planners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
AiS Events and Wedding Planners reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services following an amendment signifies acceptance of the new terms.
